NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Erection of a single storey side extension

at Dale Villa Dale Road Southfleet

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Southfleet Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building. (Application Ref. DA/24/00510/FUL)

2) Erection of a two storey side and three storey rear extension

at Wilmington Manor Lodge Parsons Lane Wilmington

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan (Application Reference: DA/24/00425/FUL)

3) Demolition of existing buildings, conversion of Blocks K and R (also known as The Lodge) for residential use and construction of new residential dwellings, and provision of associated infrastructure including access roads, car parking and landscaping. To provide a total of 93 dwellings

at North Kent College Oakfield Lane Dartford (Application Ref. No. DA/23/01434/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order, and which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan and will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.
