Pre-application Public Consultation
Proposed planning application for a solar farm and battery storage together with all associated works, equipment and necessary infrastructure on Land to the west of Fosse Way (B4455) and to the south-east of Radford Semele,
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV31 1XJ.
Pegasus Group would like to announce the start of the public consultation for the “Fosse Way Solar Farm”, a 49.99MW (AC) solar and battery energy project for which we are preparing the submission of a planning application on behalf of the developers, Novergy and Recurrent Energy. The Proposed Development will provide clean and sustainable renewable energy. Additionally, the proposal will include landscape and biodiversity enhancements (including increased tree and hedgerow planting), job creation and provide a community benefit fund.
A pre-application public consultation is taking place to seek the views of the local community on the current proposals. A public exhibition event will be held on 14th May 2024 at Radford Semele Community Hall, Lewis Road, Radford Semele, CV31 1UQ. This exhibition will run from 3pm – 7.30pm. At the public consultation event you will be able to learn more about the proposals and talk to members of the project team. You are invited to attend, and we look forward to seeing you there.
