TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (North West) (No.24) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of a length and part width and an eastern part width of Schubert Close at Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port, in the Borough of Cheshire West and Chester Council. This is to enable development as permitted by Cheshire West and Chester, under reference 19/00428/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/3926). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at ForHousing Area Office, 7-9 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0AX.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 9 May 2024.
