The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (North West) (No.27) Order 2024 “ authorising the stopping up of a western part width of Pencroft Way at Manchester, in the City of Manchester. This is to enable development as permitted by Manchester City Council, under reference 136934/FO/2023.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/ S247/5590). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Manchester Library and Information Centre, St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 5PD.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 13 May 2024.
