3. Erection of first floor side extension to existing dwelling with alterations and demolition of detached garage at 19, Hanging Royd, Wellhouse, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91059.

The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

4. Installation of external pergola with power for heating and lighting to existing patio at Shoulder of Mutton Inn, 2, Dunford Road, Holmfirth. Application No. 2024/91034.

5. Conversion of existing mill building to multi-storey car park, erection of external stair and lift cores with associated landscape and access arrangements at Globe Mills, Bridge Street, Slaithwaite. Application No. 2024/90956.
