APP/24/00445/F Major Reserved Matters application following approval of Outline Application APP/19/00027/P for landscaping only at Former James Brothers Site (or part thereof), Station Road, Hamworthy, Poole, BH15 4AN.

Variation of conditions 2 & 3 of planning permission APP/22/01772/R. Condition 2: Plans list varied to align with new landscaping plan and associated specification Condition number 3: Wording to be changed to align with new landscaping plan Former James Brothers Site (or part thereof). APP/24/00446/F Outline application for development of 99 flats in 3 blocks, with associated car and cycle parking at Former James Brothers Site (or part thereof), Station Road, Hamworthy, Poole, BH15 4AN.

Variation of conditions 3, 9 & 11 of planning permission APP/19/00027/P: Condition number 3: Plans list varied to align with new plan numbers, including revised drainage strategy. Condition number 9: Wording to be changed to allow for Network Rail parking area and revised parking space numbering. APP/24/00473/F Reserved Matters application following Outline approval APP/20/00370/P for landscaping to be approved. 10 Crichel Mount Road.

APP/24/00483/F Demolition of existing building and erection of a two-storey hospital building comprising treatment rooms with support and staff facilities and a third-floor plant level and associated works. Poole General Hospital, Longfleet Road.

APP/24/00498/P Outline permission with some matters reserved to demolish the existing buildings and erect up to 28 properties with associated parking and access. 281-291 and The Old Joinery, Bournemouth Road.
