I give notice that Terra is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for an outline application for up to 41 no. dwellings and detailed vehicular access from Limestone Way (with all other matters reserved). 

The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, or visit our website https:\\planning.wealden.gov.uk.
