PLANNING APPLICATIONS

The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:- a. Article 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015:- 24/00368/VAC Variation of condition 22 of planning permission 15/00476/FUL to extend the permitted hours of delivery from 07:00 - 21:00 Monday to Sunday; to 06:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Aldi Stores Ltd, Leicester Road, Melton Mowbray.
24/00313/VAC Variation of condition 1 (approved plans and documents) and condition 3 (ground level details) of planning approval 20/00317/REM dated 5 November 2020 for ‘Reserved Matters Application relating to: Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale in relation to Previously Approved Outline Application 17/01500/OUT for 90 dwellings.’ Field OS 4100 Lake Terrace, Melton Mowbray. b. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and Article 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015:- 24/00375/FUL Erection of 48 dwellings and associated infrastructure. Hilltop Farm, Nottingham Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. c. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:- 24/00431/FULHH Side extension over existing garage. 19A Top End, Great Dalby, Leicestershire, LE14 2HA A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted. Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
