Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act to vary Conditions: 7 (Remove the requirement of a licence issued by Natural England to allow for the wider construction works to commence ) and 12 (Remove item one which states to include mitigation measures of pollution prevention and protection of Bowers Brook in the CEMP ) of planning application 22/00462/FUL at Woodfalls Farm Stockham Lane Runcorn Cheshire WA7 6PT

Proposed works including; redesign of existing clubhouse, provision of floodlighting, parking, fencing, two stands accommodating 150 seated and 150 standing supporters, ticket office, turnstile, redirection of public right of way, provision of disabled access and ancillary development at King George V Recreation Ground Dundalk Road Widnes These applications can be viewed at https://webapp.halton. gov.uk/planningapps/.
