Application No. 24/24/00004 & 24/24/00005: Knoll Lodge, Church Road, East Brent, Highbridge, TA9 4HZ. Demolition of two storey brickwork extension with tiled roof, demolition of single storey lean to with tiled roof & erection of conservatory to the rear (Norm) elevation with aluminium frames & rendered blockwork. Application No. 53/24/00009: Plot A, Musgrove Willows, Lakewall, Westonzoyland, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA7. Erection of 1no. self-build dwelling with a detached garage. This development may affect a public right of way.
Application No. 08/24/00046: Mecure Bridgwater Hotel, 56-66 Eastover, Bridgwater, TA6 5AR. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission Application No. 08/23/00169 (Erection of five storey extension to the West elevation forming 15no. short stay accommodation units & ground floor commercial space.) to amend the approved plans listed in schedule A This application may affect the setting of a listed building.
