Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 19/23/00017: Avalon Priory, Priory Road, Chilton Polden, Bridgwater, TA7 9DH. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission Application No. 19/21/00012 (Erection of side (West) conservatory/lounge & conversion of 'cloisters' to office accommodation (revised scheme).) to vary approved plans listed in schedule A. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 39/24/00002 & 39/24/00006: Justwall Cottage, Crossway Farm, 60 Brookside Road, Combwich, Bridgwater, TA5 2PP. Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission 39/17/00015 & 39/17/00016 (Erection of a single-storey extension to side (West) elevation to link the dwelling to the existing detached garage, to provide additional living accommodation) to vary approved plans in Schedule A. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 29/24/00002: Halswell House, Halswell Park, Goathurst, Bridgwater, TA5 2DH. Repositioning fallen stonework which has been retrieved from the site & catalogued. This application affects a listed building & the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 24/24/00004 & 24/24/00005: Knoll Lodge, Church Road, East Brent, Highbridge, TA9 4HZ. Demolition of two storey brickwork extension with tiled roof, demolition of single storey lean to with tiled roof & erection of conservatory to the rear (Norm) elevation with aluminium frames & rendered blockwork. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 46724/00004 & 46/24/00005: Frys Cottage, Stawell Road, Stawell, Bridgwater, TA7 9AD. Erection of a single storey garden room extension to the South elevation. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 53/24/00008: Plot B, Musgrove Willows, Lakewall, Westonzoyland, Bridgwater, TA7. Erection of 1no. self-build dwelling. This development may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 53/24/00009: Plot A, Musgrove Willows, Lakewall, Westonzoyland, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA7. Erection of 1no. self-build dwelling with a detached garage. This development may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 08/24/00046: Mecure Bridgwater Hotel, 56-66 Eastover, Bridgwater, TA6 5AR. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission Application No. 08/23/00169 (Erection of five storey extension to the West elevation forming 15no. short stay accommodation units & ground floor commercial space.) to amend the approved plans listed in schedule A This application may affect the setting of a listed building.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, mere will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
