The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area

PL/24/1203/HB LB

Chesham Bois House, 85 Bois Lane, Chesham Bois Re-roofing works (external only) including re-slating, leadwork, replacement of existing mineral felt valley gutters with EPDM membrane, re-rendering of chimneys in lime.

PL/24/1199/HB LB

The Crown Inn Public House, Church Road, Penn Internal and external repairs comprising repair and refurbishment of existing metal framed casement windows; dismantling and rebuilding of east external chimney stack; localised, like for like replacement of decayed brickwork to southeast corner of south elevation; propping and rebuilding of a failed arch over door opening on south entrance porch; installation of 3 oak support posts to interior of window 15 on south elevation; and installation of steel beam behind sagged timber bressummer over inglenook fireplace.

PL/24/1135/VRC CA & affects setting of LB

Cambridge Yard, 109 High Street, Chesham Variation of condition 13 (approved plans) of planning permission PL/21/3103/FA (Demolition of building and outbuilding to rear and redevelopment of site through construction of two/three storey building comprising one retail unit, nine residential units, single storey general and cycle storage building and single storey waste and recycling store) to allow for design changes to two/three storey rear projection including height increase by 200 mm, new south dormer windows and north rooflights to allow for living accommodation in roof space, proposed gable replaced by splayed corner, insertion of 2 rear windows and rendering of east and north elevations. Additional alterations including enlargement and increase in height by 1.5 metres and changes to windows and doors of single storey general and cycle storage (retrospective)

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
