The following applications have been received:-
Works Within A Conservation Area/Works To A Listed Building - P0456/24/LBC - Listed building consent for internal and external alterations to 3 dwellings including: erection of a single storey extension and porch for Cottage 2, erection of a garage and outbuilding, replacement windows and doors, repairs to the roof, chimneys and gutters and addition of rooflights (part retrospective) - Spout Farmhouse, Newland, Coleford.
Works Within A Conservation Area/ Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building - P0455/24/FUL - Internal and external alterations to 3 dwellings including: erection of a single storey extension and porch for Cottage 2, erection of a garage and outbuilding, replacement windows and doors, repairs to the roof, chimneys and gutters and addition of rooflights (part retrospective) - Spout Farmhouse, Newland.
Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building/The Development Does Not Appear To Accord With The Development Plan In Force For The Area - P0460/24/APP - Approval of reserved matters (Access, Appearance, Landscaping, Layout, Scale) of outline permission P1360/21/OUT for the erection of 5 dwellings, construction of vehicular access and associated works. Discharge of Conditions 4 (site sections and levels), 5 (Construction Method Statement), 6 (Construction Ecological Management Plan), 7 (Surface Water Drainage Scheme) and 9 (external lighting) - Land To The East Of Harpers Close , Coalway Road, Coalway.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 29th May 2024. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
