Proposal:  Modification of Section 106 Agreement attached to planning permission CB/11/02827/OUT. Modification requested; Re-organisation of the original s106 POS, Sport Pitch and Education land to create a combined POS, Sport Pitch, Education and Leisure (Centre) Land. Firming up the details of the access and service provision to the above land. Re-organisation of the play area locations. Re-phasing of triggers to reflect alternative build out phasing.
