The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.
A/24/97006/CU Bank Chambers 7 Market Street Leigh WN7 1ED.
Subdivision of premises into 3 Class E units and associated alterations to external elevations. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
The Council has received the following planning application which affects a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
A/24/97074/MAJOR Whitehead Landfill Site Lower Green Lane Astley Tyldesley.
Revised restoration profile including importation of additional restoration material and revised restoration/landscaping scheme to include a solar farm and battery energy storage system with associated infrastructure.
