24/0312/FH - Governors House, Cannon Street, New Romney, TN28 8BH - Listed Building Consent for the replacement of windows to the front elevation.
24/0484/FH - 1-6 Clifton Hotel, Clifton Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2EB - Window renewals to fourth floor
24/0493/FH - 2 Church Villas, Pilgrims Way, Postling, Hythe, CT21 4EY - Demolish and replace existing garage with an oak framed garage with log store.
24/0520/FH - Land Adjoining High Knocke Farm, Seabourne Way, Dymchurch - Outline planning application for a residential development of up to 125 dwellings with all matters reserved.
24/0531/FH - Stone Hill Farm House, Stone Hill, Sellindge, Ashford, TN25 6AJ - Proposed internal and external alterations
24/0539/FH - 11 The Dene, Hillside Street, Hythe, CT21 5DH - Erection of single storey rear extension.
24/0550/FH - Marina Car Park, Lower Sandgate Road, Folkestone - Erection of car garages on existing car park and integration of storage units
24/0575/FH - Land Adjoining 1- 2 West Lawn Cottages, Lydd Road, New Romney - New self-catering tourist accommodation, on land previously occupied by an old garage
24/0598/FH - St Marys Church, The Square, Elham, Kent - Dismantle a section of flint wall, rebuild using reclaimed flints from the dismantled wall with soldier brick course and point with natural hydraulic lime mortar.
24/0614/FH - Stone Hill Farmhouse, Stone Hill, Sellindge, Ashford, TN25 6AJ - Listed Building Consent for proposed internal and external alterations.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
