Ref: DMPA/2024/0347 (Affects a Conservation Area & the Setting of a Listed Building) Replacement of existing wooden windows with UPVC windows at 20 Main Street, Repton

Ref: DMPA/2024/0403 (Affects a Conservation Area & a Listed Building) The replacement of existing windows & doors at Roger James Furnishers, Civic Way, Swadlincote

Ref: DMPA/2024/0499 (Major Development) The installation of a Battery Energy Storage Facility with associated infrastructure, a grid connection route corridor, a DNO substation & connecting structure, a new internal site access & associated works at Land to the north of Royle Farm Business Park, Drakelow

Ref: DMPA/2024/0537 (Affects the Setting of a Listed Building) The variation of condition no.. 2 of permission ref. DMPA/2022/0176 for the erection of one, 4 bedroom detached dormer Bungalow with associated vehicular parking & outdoor amenity space at Land west of Ferry Green, Willington

Ref: DMPA/2024/0543 (Affects a Conservation Area & the Setting of a Listed Building) The variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), condition 8 (house martin mitigation), 13 (arboricultural impact assessment), 20 (fenestration) & 21 (trickle vents) ref. DMPA/2024/0257 (the variation of conditions 9 & 20 relating to planning permission ref. DMPA/2022/0711 for the conversion of existing farmhouse into 3no. dwellings & conversion of traditional barns into 3no. dwellings with ancillary storage unit, parking & amenity areas at Manor Farm, Drakelow Road, Walton-on-Trent

Ref: DMPA/2024/0551 (Affects a Listed Building) The removal of condition no. 8 of permission ref. 9/2014/0800 (relating to use of site for change of use from offices (use class B1) to school (use class D1 - non residential institution) & the erection of a fence to southern (roadside) boundary off Hilton Road at Longdon Park School, Hilton Road, Egginton

Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays) This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
