Any representations to be sent in writing to planning@runnymede.gov.uk to be received within 21 days from the publication of this notice; one additional day will be given for each Bank Holiday falling within this period. Representations received are available for public inspection.
RU.23/1662 2 Station Road North Egham TW20 9LE Proposed change of use of 2a Station Road North from residential use (Use Class C3) to use Class Eb (restaurant use) and associated external fenestration changes, installation of mechanical plant for extraction and air conditioning purposes and the erection of a single storey extension towards the rear of 2 Station Road North associated with the restaurant use to enlarge the kitchen area and the erection of a new louvredtimber bin store.
