Take notice that application is being made by: Organisation name - Frontier Estates (STAM) Ltd

Applicant name: Mr Max Paddick For planning permission to: Demolition of existing structures and construction of a care home (within Class C2) and retirement apartments (Class C3) with access, car parking, electric vehicle charging, cycle parking, refuse storage, 2 substations, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, meter house, solar PV, PV store, landscaping, boundary treatments and other associated works.
