What is planned?

I give notice that Great Tew Farms Partnership, Quarry Farm, Great Tew, Chipping Norton, OX7 4BT is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by planning permission no. MW.0134/23 (Temporary Change of Use to Mineral Processing and Storage Area) without complying with condition 2 (processing and storage end date) and condition 14 (exported mineral) in order to give a further four months to complete mineral processing and storage and removal of all mobile plant and stockpiles at Land at Quarry Farm North of Green Lane, Green Lane, Chipping Norton, Great Tew, OX7 4NS.

The decision notice will be available online once the application has been decided. NOTE Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision).
The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires the determination of planning applications to be a public process. The Council will make information submitted in relation to planning applications available for public inspection and so it is not possible to take into account in the determination of the application any comments which are submitted confidentially.
