Disposal of and situated to the rear of the Medical Practice at Hunters Way Kimbolton Huntingdon. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that HUNTINGDONSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of open space situated to the rear of Kimbolton Medical Centre, Hunters Way, Kimbolton, Huntingdon by way of freehold sale.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND. The land situated to the rear of the Medical Practice at Hunters Way Kimbolton extends to approximately extends to approximately 1255 square meters ("the Land").

A plan of the Land which will be subject to the freehold sale may be inspected on written request to The Property Estates Department, Huntingdonshire District Council contact details below.

NOTES: Any objections to the proposed disposal of the Land must be made in writing and addressed to The Property Estates Department, Pathfinder House, St Mary's Street Huntingdon PE29 3TN or by email: CRM_Estates@huntingdonshire.gov.uk and also a copy sent to the Legal Department - Property, 3C Shared Services, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6EA prior to 15th May 2024 date giving the reasons for such objection.
