1. Bexhill Old Town Conservation Area. Sash Window - replaced in wood as previous and exact design. Back door - 1970's door with cat flap and not secure. Replaced wooden stable door. (Retrospective). 13 Church Street, The Saltbox, Bexhill RR/2024/326/L
2. Installation of Solar Panels onto roofs of buildings within the complex. Ashburnham Place, Ashburnham RR/2024/605/P & RR/2024/606/L
3. Rye Conservation Area. Demolition of rear extensions, formation of two-storey rear extension to provide additional ground floor accommodation and enlarge first floor domestic accommodation with access to the gardens from the first floor. 93 and 94 High Street, Rye RR/2024/620/P & RR/2024/621/L
4. Burwash Conservation Area. Extension to rear to reinstate earlier layout to connect rear range and summerhouse to rear of property. Resubmission and alternative to RR/2023/856/P and RR/2023/857/L. Chaunt House, High Street, Burwash RR/2024/642/P & RR/2024/643/L
5. Affects the setting of a listed building. Proposed outbuilding for storage and covered parking. Boyces Oast, Northiam Road, Staplecross, Ewhurst RR/2024/675/P
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 2, 3, 4 & 5 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1, 2, 3 & 4 above.
