1. Outline: Erection of 23 dwellings. Manroy Engineering, Hobbs Lane, Beckley RR/2023/2129/P
2. Variation of conditions 1, 3 and 4 imposed on planning permission RR/2023/1652/P to replace Plot 30 of the approved scheme (a four bedroom detached dwelling) with a pair of 2no. 2 bedroom semi detached houses, together with associated landscaping. Strand Meadow - Land to the south west of, Burwash RR/2024/380/P
3. Battle Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a listed building. Change of use from Office to Residential, proposing a new three-bed maisonette. 72A High Street, Battle RR/2024/400/P
4. Repairs to clay tile roof covering; some tile hung walls; dormer window roofs and associate works including the provision of a new insulated breather membrane over the rafters/studs in lieu of existing bitumen membrane. Green Farm, Heathfield Road, Burwash RR/2024/439/L
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2 & 3 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 4 above.
