Application reference: PL/2024/0000757/RESM Site address: Eastern Green, South Of A45 Proposed development: Reserved Matters
Application seeking approval of appearance, layout, scale and landscaping, of ‘Area B North-Western Boundary Landscaping’ at the western Pickford Green Lane boundary at land west of the Employment Parcel as identified on the approved Parameters Plan – pursuant to outline planning permission (of which was EIA development) OUT/2018/3225 granted 03/06/2021 Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
Application reference: PL/2024/0000756/RESM Site address: Eastern Green, South Of A45 Proposed development: Reserved Matters Application seeking approval of appearance, layout, scale and landscaping, of ‘Area A North-Western Boundary Landscaping’ at the western Pickford Green Lane boundary at land west of Parcel R9 as identified on the approved Parameters Plan – pursuant to outline planning permission (of which was EIA development) OUT/2018/3225 granted on 03/06/2021 Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
