Removal by DOFF Integra System, English Heritage Approved using just water heated to 150 degrees and applied with a low to medium pressure to gently peel away the paint. Once paint is removed, any repointing required will be carried out in a traditional breathable lime mortar (mix detailed in report) Also to remove sand and cement render from one side of the property due to chronic damp ingress. After removal of the render, it is to be determined whether the brickwork is saveable and to be repointed in a breathable traditional lime mortar (mix detailed in report) or whether to re-render using a breathable lime render.
