Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
24/0460/FUL/JLE: Phillimore Recreation Ground, Gills Hollow, Radlett. Installation of pathway from entrance gate to children's play area. Reason: Public Interest.
24/0480/HSE/ES: Park House, Waterside, Radlett, WD7 7DY. Demolition of existing garage and construction of two storey side extension to include double garage with front and rear dormers and additional accommodation in the loft space. Reason: Green Belt.
24/0488/HSE/JLE: 35 Cobden Hill, Radlett, WD7 7JL. Single storey side extension and part single, part two-storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area.
24/0487/FUL/ES: The Old Post Office, Grange Lane, Letehmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8DY. Retrospective application for change of use of residential dwelling to guest accommodation in association with Bhaktivedanta Manor and minor external and internal changes. Reason: Conservation Area.
24/0518/CLE/KG: Kendal Hall Farm, Watling Street, Radlett, WD7 7LH. Retention of outbuilding for domestic storage use. Certificate of Lawful Development (Existing). Reason: Green Belt.
24/0532/HSE/MDE: 3 Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DL. Demolition of existing outbuilding and replacement gym and changing facilities. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
