24/0514/HSE/HHO: 1 Hazel Court, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9LQ. Single storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area.
24/04467FUL/ES: Land Rear Of 24 - 36 Green Street, Borehamwood. Planning application for the change of use of land and creation of new allotment facilities, including hub building, and associated car parking and landscaping with access from Green Street. Reason: Major Development in Green Belt.
24/0451/FUL/ES: Lyndhurst Farm, Green Street, Borehamwood, WD6 5NF. Full planning application for 189 dwellings, community building, associated parking, landscaping and open space, with vehicle and pedestrian access from Green Street and a separate pedestrian access from Stapleton Road. Reason: Major Development in Green Belt.
24/0442/FUL/MSA: Land South Of Allum Lane, Elstree. Development of an Integrated Retirement Community (TRC) including the erection of a retirement living complex (comprising apartment, bungalows and an associated facilities building) a doctors surgery, hard and soft landscaping, sustainable drainage systems, highways works including a new access off Allum Lane, and all associated works. Reason: Major Development

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
