Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received: 

Application No. 21/23/00016: Peak Barn, Webbington Road, Compton Bishop, Axbridge, BS26 2HW. Retrospective application for the mixed use of Shepherds Hut as holiday let & ancillary residential accommodation. This application is of public interest.(Householder application). 

Application No. 44/24/00006: Flat, The Old Rectory, Rowberrow Lane, Rowberrow, Winscombe, BS25 1QL. Change of use of coach house accommodation to a holiday cottage, the addition of a link extension to the swimming pool block, further extensions to the coach house along with internal and external alterationsincluding new roofs & solar panels.This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 50/24/00016: Coldnose House, Coldnose, Bagley, Wedmore, BS28 4TG. Proposed Conversion of Existing outbuilding into Guest Annex & Workshop. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application). 

Application No. 17/24/00016: Elmsfield, Tuttors Hill, Cheddar, BS27 3JQ. Outline planning permission for the erection of a self build dwelling. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. 

Application No. 50/24/00021: Land At, Combe Batch, Wedmore, BS28. Hybrid (full & outline) application. Full application for the erection of 26 No. dwellings & formation of access, associated open space, landscaping & parking. Outline application with some mattersreserved for 4 No. self build plots. This proposal is a major development & may affect the setting of a public right of way.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 23/05/2024.

Any comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email PlanningCommentsNorth@Somerset.gov.uk or posted to Planning - North Team, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater,TA6 3AR (quote the application no).
