AUTHORITY has received the following
Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended)
Proposed development which would affect the character or appearance of a conservation area
Application Reference No: C/03/39F From Mr & Mrs M & C
Mckenzie for full planning permission for conversion and extension
of the existing covered access into an accessible ground floor
bedroom and ensuite, erection of a new detached agricultural
store to west of dwelling and provision of new vehicle access at
Rose Cottage, Arncliffe.

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990
Application Reference No: C/03/39G/LB From Mr & Mrs M & C Mckenzie for Listed building consent for conversion and extension of the existing covered access into an accessible ground floor bedroom and ensuite and alteration of the curtilage wall to allow new access to existing parking area at Rose Cottage Arncliffe.
