Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act to vary planning condition 3 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 22/00377/FUL and replace with updated plans (as listed on submitted planning application form) at Former Abbey Farm South Lane Widnes Cheshire WA8 3UB
