What is planned?
NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1
OF SCHEDULE 14
LANCASTER CITY COUNCIL
DIVERSION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 1-10-FP17
The above order was made on 10th day of April 2024. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from point A (SD 5370 6438) to point H (SD 5376 6422) as shown by a bold line on the order map and create an alternative footpath running from point B (SD 5370 6438) to point H (SD 5376 6422) shown by bold black dash on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Lancaster Town Hall, Dalton Square from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Fridays. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5. Alternatively, copies of the order and map are available at www.lancaster.gov.uk/planning
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Chief Officer for Planning and Climate Change, Mark Cassidy, Planning Department, Town Hall, Dalton Square, Lancaster, LA1 1PJ not later than 3 June 2024. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if so made are withdrawn, Lancaster City Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representation or objection which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
