I give notice that Tawnywood Ltd is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission (under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990), for the variation of condition 2 of Planning Permission CM2/0911/81 to amend the wording to “Except for aftercare of the restored land the winning and working of minerals and the restoration of the site shall be completed no later than 1 April 2025”.
The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, Chesterfield Borough Council, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield, S40 1LP (available online at www.chesterfield.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 24 May 2024.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 24 May 2024,
by writing to the Executive Director of Place, at the County Council postal address given above,
