Reference: AVA/2024/0278 Applicant Name: Margaret Broomfield Address: 16 Green Lane, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1BY Proposal: Remove existing fence, widen existing drive, construct vehicle hardstanding and erect new timber fence (may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area and setting of Listed Buildings)
