Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 13/23/00030: Bradley Green Stables, Blackmore Lane, Cannington, Bridgwater, TA5 2NE. Retention of a mobile home to be used as a residential dwelling. This application is of public interest.

Application No. 33/24/00004: Larches Barn, The Causeway, Mark, Highbridge, TA9 4QF. Erection of single storey rear North extension with 2No. rooflights. This application may affect the setting of a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 04/24/00004: Kings Farm, 10 Eastside Lane, Bawdrip, Bridgwater, TA7 8QB. Erection of a rear (South) single storey extension. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 11/24/00025: Unit 4, Works 22, Bennett Road, Highbridge, TA9 4PW. Change of use of an office building to veterinary practice, including minor external changes to doors, windows & the instillation of an external lift, an external gas storage unit, external plant, & dog walking area. This application is of public interest.

Application No. 08/24/00030: 27 Ashleigh Avenue, Bridgwater, TA6 6AU. Change of use from a licensed 6-bedroom house of multiple occupation (HMO) to a 7-bedroom house of multiple occupation (HMO). This application is of public interest.

Application No. 08/24/00047: 3 Blake Street, Bridgwater. Erection of a building containing 1 no. one-bed flat, 1 no. two-bed flat & 2 no. commercial/retail units, on site of existing (to be demolished). This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 21/05/2024. Applications can be viewed online https://sdc.somerset.gov.uk/planning online, or at Council Offices & libraries.
