Applicant: Atherstone Town Council - Ref: PAP/2024/0122 CCTV Camera Located Above Entrance to Bakers Court, Long Street, Atherstone - Replace existing street column number 26 and illuminated one-way sign with new street column, CCTV Camera and top mounting bracket. Reason: Affects Setting of Listed Building and Conservation Area.
Applicant: Warner Leisure Hotels - Ref: PAP/2024/0172 Marriott Forest Of Arden Hotel And Country Club, Maxstoke Lane, Meriden - Removal of existing structures, and the construction of an extension to the existing hotel building, to provide ancillary entertainment space, with associated hard and soft landscaping, and other associated works. Reason: Major Development.
