I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority or planning permission:

APP/24/00120/F Partial removal of unsafe garden wall. Partial lowering of height of proposed remaining wall to maintain stability and make safer. 23 Canford Magna.

APP/24/00143/F Building a temporary fixture decking for extension of restaurant for outdoor dining within private property for a maximum of 20 covers. Direct access from existing restaurant to proposed extension. Yeatmans Old Mill, The Quay.

APP/24/00268/F Refurbishment of existing property, to include a single storey side and rear extension, one small front extension, along with works to front boundary wall and entrance gates. 6 Ettrick Road.

APP/24/00303/F Proposed change of use of the two upper floors to accommodate two residential flats and retaining the ground floor pharmacy at the property 10 Station Road, Parkstone, Poole, BH14 8UB. Lloyds Pharmacy, 10 Station Road.

APP/24/00334/F Addition of front-facing dormer window. Addition of a rear single-storey extension to create an improved kitchen. 4 Ballard Road.

APP/24/00416/F Demolish existing store and roof canopy, demolish existing lean-to extension. Infill existing kitchen door, replace missing roof to front extension and add new metal railings. Form new single storey extension to the side and rear elevation to match existing front extension. Install new conservation roof lights to the existing roof. 75 Canford Cliffs Road.

APP/24/00418/F External alterations, demolition of existing garages and two conservatories and erection of a two-storey side extension and change of use to a 11-bedroom HMO (Sui Generis Use) with associated parking, cycle and bin store. 81 Garland Road.

APP/24/00422/F Demolition of existing rear/side conservatory and erection of side extension with pitched roof. 61 Kingston Road.

APP/24/00380/F Partial demolition and alterations, extension and remodel of existing dwelling. 7 Newton Road.

APP/24/00318/F Demolition of existing buildings and erection of Class E retail food store and drive thru coffee shop, with associated access, parking and landscaping. 570-580 Ringwood Road.

APP/24/00414/F Proposed development of two sites on land at former Hillbourne Primary School and Nursery to provide 81 no. two-storey houses and 29no. Independent Living apartments within a 3 storey building. Works to include new vehicle and pedestrian access with associated hard and soft landscaping, car parking and a new pedestrian link path between Kitchener Crescent and Hillbourne Road at Land at Former Hillbourne School And Nursery, Kitchener Crescent, Poole, BH17 7HX. Variation of condition 15 & 20 of planning permission APP/21/00748/F for the wording in Condition 15 to be changed to the latest issued drawings, 700415-TFC-XX-XX-DR-L-0201,700415-TFC-XX-XX-DR-L-0202, 700415-TFC-XX-XX-DR-L-0203, 700415-TFC-XX-XX-DR-L-0340, 700415-TFC-XX-XX-DR-L-0342, 700415-TFC-XX-XX-DR-L-0343, 700415-TFC-XX-XX-DR-L-0344, 700415-TFC-XX-XX-DR-L-0345, 700415-TFC-XX-XX-SH-L-9005. Reference to planting schedule to be removed as provided within updated drawings. The wording in Condition 20 to be changed to include the latest Arboricultural Method Statement dated 11th January 2023 and drawings 20002-2 A, 20002-2 B. Land at Former Hillbourne School And Nursery, Kitchener Crescent.
