NOTICE OF PLANNING APPLICATION
24/00723/FU4 - Land To The North of The A1290 And West of International Drive, Washington, Sunderland.
I give notice that AESC UK Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for; Erection of a building to be used for the manufacture of batteries for electric vehicles, an assembly & warehousing building, an office building, sub-stations, gatehouse, ancillary compounds / structures and associated infrastructure provision, access, parking, drainage, landscaping and engineering operations, with temporary site compounds and parking associated with construction of the development.
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area and relates to development intended to be carried out on land or buildings owned by Sunderland City Council.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Penshaw Monument, Chester Road, Houghton le Spring, Scots House and Hylton Grove Bridge which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
