Chesham Preparatory School, Two Dells Lane, Orchard Leigh Variation of condition 5 (use of sports facilities) of planning permission PL/20/3007/VRC relating to variations of the original permission CH/2017/1202/FA (Sports hall extension to provide swimming pool and facilities, new vehicular access (Two Dells Lane), car parking and substation with associated landscaping and outdoor sports provision (Phase 1) (amendments to planning permission CH/2015/2199/FA)) to allow for extended use of the existing sports hall and swimming pool by sports groups and other organisations outside of school hours.

PL/22/2898/OA Major Development, affects setting of LB & affects Public Right of Way

Land at The National Society For Epilepsy, Chesham Lane, Chalfont St Peter Outline planning application for development of up to 975 homes including affordable housing (Use Class C3), up to 75 care accommodation beds (Use Class C2), new primary school provision, local retail and employment provision (Use Class E), reprovision of sport pitches, landscaping, car parking provision and associated works (matter to be considered at this stage: access). Amended information received.

PL/24/1143/VRC Major Development

Holmer Green Sports Association, 87 Watchet Lane, Holmer Green Variation of conditions 12 (Drainage) and 13 (Approved plans) of planning permission PL/22/3254/FA (Creation of 3G artificial grass pitch (AGP) with perimeter fencing, floodlighting (including replacement floodlighting to main pitch), asphalt hardstanding areas, storage container, soil bunds and asphalt access pathway) to allow for reduction in size of artificial grass pitch and discharge of the drainage condition.
