Notice Of Application For Outline Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement And Submission Of Further Information Under The Town And Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 And Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015

Proposed development at Land at The National Society For Epilepsy, Chesham Lane, Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, SL9 0RJ

I give notice that the Epilepsy Society has submitted an Environmental Statement (ES) to Buckinghamshire Council in relation to planning application reference PL/22/2898/OA for the development of up to 975 homes including affordable housing (Use Class C3), up to 75 care accommodation beds (Use Class C2), new primary school provision, local retail and employment provision (Use Class E), reprovision of sport pitches, landscaping, car parking provision and associated works (matter to be considered at this stage: access) and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which and to which the application relates is situated.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Epilepsy Society Team - Planning and EIA, Deloitte LLP, 1 New Street Square, London EC4A 3HQ. The costs are: Volume 1: ES Main Text and Figures - £150; Volume 2: ES Appendices - £150; Volume 3: Non-Technical Summary (NTS) - £15; Full Copy (Volumes 1, 2 and 3) of the ES on CD - £15.
