I give notice that Ms Angela Lomanto is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for a proposed cessation of business and buildings of boarding kennels and erection of residential development (4 No. dwellings) and passing bay in road. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

I give notice that Bellway Homes (Kent), c/o DHA Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for a full planning application for residential development, together with landscaping, associated infrastructure and vehicular access (access from Mill Road as already approved under WD/2017/2956/MAO). The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
