Proposal - Proposed Residential-led Development
Site Location - Land at Ryden Mains, Glenmavis
Applicant: Albert Bartlett

Albert Bartlett is consulting on its vision for a new residential-led development at land at Ryden Mains, Glenmavis which will come forward in line with its residential use allocation in North Lanarkshire Council’s Local Development Plan.

We would like to share our initial proposals for the site with you which will include high quality new residential development with enhanced landscape, sustainable drainage and provision of public open space. We would like to involve the local community in the development of the proposals before we apply for Planning Permission in Principle later this year. This will be the first of two public engagement events.

The first in-person consultation event will take place on 9th May 2024 (4-7pm) at the Albert Bartlett Factory, 251 Stirling Road ML6 7SP.

You are able to make comment on the proposal directly to the developer at this stage either at the above event and/ or in writing to Bidwells, Broxden House, Lamberkine Drive, Peth, PH1 1RA or via the above email address.

Comments made during the pre-application consultation process will not be registered as comments when the planning application is submitted, however you will have an opportunity to make representations to the Council as and when a formal planning application for the proposal is submitted later in the year.
