Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County
Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:
APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT
P2024/0178 Listed Building Consent for various internal and external works in association with decommissioning of the bank. Internally, all existing cashier counters, Barclays Bank fittings and loose furniture to be removed from all floors. Externally, existing night safe, ATM, alarm box, CCTV and signage to be removed and exterior of building made good with apertures infilled with stonework to match existing and windows re-instated to match existing.
