Town and Country Planning Development Management Procedure (England) Order 2015 Notice Under Article 10 of Application for Planning Permission
Please accept the following as notice that Northumbria University have submitted a Non-Material Amendment seeking to amend the application description of planning permission 2023/1818/01/DET for the erection of a 5 to 7 storey building to create a new facility for the purpose of education and research at the Wynne Jones building, Ellison Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 8ST.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representation about this application should write to Newcastle City Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8PD within 21 days of the date of this notice.
