Notice of intended disposal of Open Space Land
Notice is hereby given that South Derbyshire District Council, in exercise of their powers under section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) intends to grant a lease of land and buildings lying to the east side of Main Street, Netherseal, known as Philip D Richardson Memorial Playing Field.
A plan showing the piece of land may be inspected at the Civic Offices Civic Way, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE11 OAH during normal office hours or by requesting a copy of the same by sending an email to legal.services@southderbyshire.gov.uk.
Any objections to the intended disposal must be made either in writing and addressed to Legal Services, Civic Offices Civic Way, Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE11 OAH quoting reference Lease at Philip D Richardson Memorial Playing Field, Netherseal or by email at legal.services@southderbyshire.gov.uk stating the reasons for such objections, by no later than 20th May 2024
