The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent

1. Variation of conditions 2 (plans) & 3 (spiral spring balance mechanisms) on previous permission no. 2023/91257 for Listed Building Consent for demolition of existing conservatory, and erection of single storey extension, new rear entrance canopy, replacement windows and door and reintroduction of mullions and chimney, minor external modification and internal modifications of modern partitions at Reap Hirst House, Reap Hirst Road, Birkby, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/90888.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

2. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for renovation of outbuilding and erection of glazed lean-to on the south east elevation of the outbuilding to form domestic workshop for uses incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse at White Syke Farm, Marsden Lane, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2024/90758 & 2024/90759.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

3. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for erection of first floor extension and alterations to care home at Knowl Court Residential Home, 38, Knowl Road, Golcar, Huddersfield.

Application Nos. 2024/90919 & 2024/90920.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

4. Demolition of converted outbuildings and erection of two storey and single storey extension and alterations at 57A, Sude Hill, New Mill, Holmfirth. Application No. 2024/90808.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

5. Outline application for the demolition of buildings and the erection of light industrial units (Class E (g) (iii) at Land at, Ash Street, Birkby, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/90859.

The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

6. Change of use from car wash to car sales including rebuilding of office/valet building and erection of 2m high screen security fencing at 3, Horseshoe Yard, Market Street, Milnsbridge, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/90774.

7. Erection of two storey side and single storey rear extensions at 24, Town Gate, Upperthong, Holmfirth. Application No. 2024/90887.

8. Erection of one detached dwelling and associated works adj, 27, Riley Park, Kirkburton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/90769.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning application has been received which is a departure from the Development Plan

9. Change of use of land to domestic garden and erection of garden room with associated engineering operations at 53, Heaton Road, Paddock, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/90462.
