THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST hereby gives notice that it has made an order under Section 247 (2A) of the above Act entitled the London Borough of Waltham Forest (Stopping Up of Highways) (No. 3) Order 2024 to authorise the stopping up of the following area of public highway which is shown hatched black and edged red on the plan attached to the order and being:
- land on the south side of Coopers Lane, E10 being a triangular shaped area of public highway comprising 5.87 sqm
THE ORDER IS MADE
to enable development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest on 23 March 2023 under reference 220092 on land on the south side of Coopers Lane, Leyton, London E10 5DG.COPIES OF THE ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED
during normal office hours at Low Hall Depot, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS free of charge or via www.walthamforest.gov.uk/content/road-traffic-schemes-and-consultations
ANY PERSON aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 25 April 2024 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein
