24/P/00466 Land rear of Worplesdon View Care Home, Worplesdon Road, Guildford - Erection of a detached, three storey building to form a care home (use class C2) with associated car/cycle parking, amenity space and landscaping.
24/P/00501 Warren Cottage, School Lane, East Clandon - Proposed erection of an outbuilding (Retrospective).
24/P/00512 Heath Lodge, Park Road, Albury - Listed building consent for replacement of front porch.
24/P/00547 Eastbury Cottage, The Street, Compton - Single storey side extension following demolition of existing conservatory.
24/P/00553 Artington Manor Farm, Old Portsmouth Road, Artington - Listed Building Consent for refurbishments and alterations to the property and landscaping, including taking down the rendered chimney and rebuild it, replacement of rainwater goods, new windows, minor internal layout changes, the installation of a new kitchen and bathrooms as well as some repairs to the roofs.

24/P/00563 Surrey County Constabulary Police Headquarters Mount Browne, Sandy Lane, Guildford - Proposed new access road associated with police operations at the existing Mount Browne headquarters with associated landscaping, drainage, including attenuation pond, lighting and supporting engineering works.
