Proposed development at LAND AT THE FOUNDARY SITE (FOUNDRY CENTRAL) TEESWORKS, OTHER LAND AT TEESWORKS AND LAND IN THE VICINTY OF AND AT WILTON INTERNATIONAL SITE AND LACKENBY (R/2024/0271/ESM)
I give notice that BP Alternative Energy Investments are applying to REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL for Full planning application for construction of an electrolytic low carbon hydrogen production facility, hydrogen export pipeline network, electricity and water connections, including water supply and effluent discharge, above ground installations, construction and laydown areas and ancillary development.
Anyone who wishes to make representation about the above application should write to the Council at Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Development Management, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT or by email to planning_admin@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk by 26 May 2024. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application online at www. redcar-cleveland.gov.uk until the 26 May 2024 and may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council by contacting planning_admin@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk
TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2024/0246/CA: Demolition of conservatory; internal & external alterations including rear roof lights & solar panels at 1B St Germains Lane, Marske.
*R/2024/0261/RS: Removal of existing tiles and replacement with new tiles to roof and removal of chimney (resubmission) at 4 Victoria Road, Saltburn.
*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
R/2024/0239/AC: Display of fascia sign; hanging sign and wall mounted sign at 7/7a Church Street, Guisborough.
R/2024/0259/CA: New shop front and 2 replacement first floor bay windows to front at 59/61A Westgate, Guisborough.
Applications can be viewed on the Council’s web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
