NYM/2024/0287, Diocese of York, Danby C Of E Primary School, Ainthorpe Lane, Ainthorpe, Listed Building consent for installation of one replacement timber window.

Affects a Conservation Area: NYM/2024/0243, Mr and Mrs Long, Gurtof House, Boltby Village, Boltby, demolition of attached garage, side and rear extensions, alterations, construction of replacement two storey rear extension with balcony and single storey side extension, installation of air source heat pump and erection of shed together with widening of access, creation of parking area and alterations and extension to outbuilding to facilitate use as ancillary accommodation.
