Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Warwick
District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
CUBBINGTON
W/24/0465/LB Cubbington C of E Primary School, Church Hill, Cubbington,
Leamington Spa, CV32 7JY: We are undertaking refurbishment works to our Old
School Building which is a listed building. We have been advised that we require
consent for two elements of the work. The first element is the reinstatement
of a doorway. There is an existing archway which has been blocked up with
brickwork. The plan will be to remove the brickwork and reinstate a door in
place. A timber external door will be fitted and painted to match the existing door
already in situ on the building. The second element of work requiring consent
is the addition of an internal stud wall to create a children’s toilet area. A plan
will be included with this application to show the location of the stud wall. for

W/24/0372 202 Rugby Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 6EH: Erection of a first
floor rear extension, re-build existing kitchen extension and single storey rear

Spa, CV32 4EX: Demolition of an existing single storey timber and brick storage
garage, and the erection of a two-storey building consisting of two apartments.

W/24/0408/LB Flat 3, 5 Bertie Terrace, Leamington Spa, CV32 5BL: Minor
internal alterations to existing apartments including: - Creation of a new opening
between the kitchen and the living area, new shower room added, new opening

W/24/0417/LB Stoneleigh Abbey, Kenilworth, CV8 2LF: Proposals are (worst
case scenario) to completely strip the roofs and replace the clay tiled roofs
entirely, like for like, or reduce scope to partial tile replacement and full ridge
tile replacement. Replace existing gutters to lead lined gutters. Minor isolated
stone repairs and lime mortar pointing to all exterior elevations to the north
range. Leaded light and glazing repairs and reinstatement of porch leaded light.

WARWICK
W/24/0485/LB 16 Smith Street, Warwick, CV34 4HS: Restoration and repair
work to internal back rooms, removing gypsum plaster and replacement with
insulating lime plaster. Repair lime plaster where needed with like-for-like
materials, retaining as much historic fabric as possible. To back room, red quarry
tiles currently laid on soil to be lifted, subfloor dug out and limecrete floor laid,
with tiles to be reinstated on top. Lime render to be applied to stonework to front
elevation, in place of removed cement render which was trapping moisture,
providing breathable protection from water ingress. for Mr Thompson.
