1. Installation of solar panels, security fencing, CCTV cameras, underground cabling, inverters, environmental enhancement measures and other ancillary development. Swainham Lane - Fields to South and East, Crowhurst RR/2023/1201/P
2. Erection of 15 dwellings together with associated access, car parking and
landscaping and demolition of modern extension of Conkers (grade II listed) together with renovation works. Conkers, Main Street, Iden RR/2023/2153/P
3. Battle Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a listed building. Change of use to restaurant and takeaway (sui generis). 13-14 High Street, Battle RR/2024/437/P
4. Affects the setting of a listed building. Certificate of lawfulness for existing use of The Studio, Blackwall Cottage as a single dwelling house. Blackwall Cottage, The Studio, Wittersham Road, Peasmarsh RR/2024/597/O
5. Affects the setting of a listed building. Proposed extension to existing garage building. Dorrells, Woodmans Green Road, Whatlington RR/2024/671/P & RR/2024/672/L

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3 & 5 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 5 above, and Certificate of Lawful Use in respect of 4 above.

Amended plans/information and an amended description has been received for the proposed development in respect of 2 above.

These applications can be viewed on the planning website at
www.rother.gov.uk/planning, or via public access computers at Battle Library, 7 Market Square, Battle or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
